You pay per shown appointment, not just a booked slot. If a prospect is booked but does not attend, it does not count as a billable appointment.
What counts as a showed appointment?
A prospect who attends the scheduled appointment and matches the qualification rules we agree on before launch.
What counts as a qualified appointment?
A qualified appointment means the prospect is in an approved market, matches the agreed age, asset, and zip-code filters, has been setter-confirmed, understands the appointment topic, and attends the scheduled conversation.
What if they do not show up?
If they do not show, it does not count as a billable appointment. You are paying for appointments that actually happen.
Are replacements automatic?
No-show appointments are not billed, so they do not need a paid replacement. If an appointment falls outside the agreed qualification rules, we review it against the launch criteria and make it right based on the agreement.
Are appointments exclusive?
Yes. Appointments are exclusive to your agency and are not shared with multiple agents.
Do you provide call recordings?
When available and legally permitted, we can provide setter call context or recordings for quality review. Availability depends on state consent rules and the final appointment process agreed before launch.
Are leads generated via ads, outbound calling, aged data, or resold lists?
Virtual Blue does not sell aged or resold lead lists. Prospects come through educational retirement planning campaigns and are then called, qualified, confirmed, and booked by our setter team.
Do I need to call and set them myself?
No. Our appointment setters call, qualify, confirm, and book the prospect before the appointment reaches your calendar.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. We do not guarantee sales, applications, premium, or commissions. We deliver qualified showed appointment opportunities based on agreed rules.
Why is there a 3-show minimum?
